It is a silicate clay mineral in fiber which is rich in magnesium, and it is also called mangnesium and silicate mineral in moisture chain layers. It can be divided into hard sepiolite and soft sepiolite.the color of sepiolite is white,pale yellow, light gray,black green.Main chemical of sepiolite is Si and Mg,chemical formula is Mg8(H2O)4〖Si6O16〗2.(OH)4.8H2O.
